I have been part of Red Note since the company was founded, and I am responsible for our technology and product development. My daily work includes analysing consumer data and developing automations that make research processes faster and smoother. I have also developed our company’s analysis and reporting platform, Redmachine, which enables our team and often our end clients as well to work with data efficiently.

I believe in the power of research to correct misconceptions, challenge biases in thinking, and open up new perspectives. Combining technical expertise with an understanding of market research allows me to create innovative solutions for measuring even very broad or complex topics. I’m always looking to learn something new and apply that knowledge to improve both my own work and our clients’ experiences.

Anna-Stiina Tervo

I work as a qualitative researcher, specialising in focus groups and in-depth interviews. These methods allow me to dive deep into the thinking of the people I speak with - often so naturally that lively conversations about interesting topics hardly feel like work.

I get inspired when I uncover new insights in the research material or discover fresh perspectives on the topic at hand. Even after more than twenty years of experience, my passion for learning and following the development of our field has not faded. I’m particularly interested in the possibilities of online qualitative research and the ways artificial intelligence can be applied in our field.

In personal interaction, I value authenticity, and through my research I always aim to create concrete value for our clients.

I help bridge the gap between clients and consumers. I have extensive experience in FMCG and service-sector research, both in Finland and internationally. By nature, I am analytical and curious about new ideas and perspectives. For me, the key to analysing research findings is seeing the bigger picture and understanding what the results truly mean for the client’s business. I feel at my best when I can help my clients by turning data into clear, actionable insights.

What I particularly value in our team is the way our different strengths and areas of expertise complement one another.
